Getting to know the author, Stephanie.
Prior to starting my coaching business, YOUniquelyWELL LLC, I spent 10 years working in the tech industry, specifically healthcare technology. I've worked at multiple startups and a Fortune 100 company in various management roles (Project, Product, Coach, and Operations).
Throughout my career I've worked onsite, remotely, and in a hybrid of the two. I was fortunate enough to spend one year traveling to a different country each month while working fully remotely.
I am passionate about using my own remote work experience to help others avoid burnout, manage stress, and prioritize personal health and well-being.
I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), world traveler, entrepreneur, and faculty member at Health Yoga Life (HYL). I also completed HYL’s coaching certification program and am certified in HYL’s Emotional Responsibility Method of coaching.
