A bit about me....
Prior to starting my coaching business, YOUniquelyWELL LLC, I spent 10 years working in the tech industry, specifically healthcare technology. I've worked at multiple startups and a Fortune 100 company in various management roles.
Throughout my career I've worked onsite, remotely, and in a hybrid of the two. I was fortunate enough to spend one year traveling to a different country each month while working fully remotely. I am passionate about using my own remote work experience to help others avoid burnout, manage stress, and prioritize personal health and well-being.
I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
I am passionate about using lessons from my personal and professional experience to help others avoid burnout, manage stress, reclaim their confidence, and embrace their unique wellness journey.
In our sessions, Stephanie provided a warm, inviting space to explore areas of my life that were both in and out of alignment. I appreciated her skilled abilities to ask appropriately challenging questions, encourage introspection, and develop a plan that was realistic and sustainable.
